Yorktown Memorial Hospital Guest Rules & Regulations

• A digitally signed liability waiver is REQUIRED for every person in your group to finalize your booking. 
• A url link to the waiver will be sent in your initial booking confirmation email. Please check your booking confirmation email to access your waiver. 
• Please bring a printed or digital copy of your group’s signed waivers to present at check in. Anybody who has not completed a waiver is required to sign a paper waiver on-site before entering Yorktown Memorial Hospital. 
• Waivers release Curious Twins Tours & Events, Yorktown Memorial Hospital  and the S.P.I.R.I.T. Membership Program as well as affiliated owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers from liability. 

• Reservations: All bookings require full advance payment and must be made online at yorktownmemorialhospital.com or curioustwins.com. You can also book via the Yorktown Memorial Hospital main phone number at (210) 802-9187.
• Overnight Bookings Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card on file on the date of your overnight investigation. This deposit is fully refundable after your investigation, provided all rules are followed and no damage occurs to the property.

• Property Supervision: At least one person from your group must remain on-site at all times; the property should never be left unattended.
• Early Departures: If your group plans to leave before your scheduled time, you must notify the hospital caretaker and wait for them to arrive before departing. Leaving without the caretaker present will result in the forfeiture of your $200 security deposit (for overnight bookings).
• Leave it how you left it: Before vacating the property, you must remove all personal property, including waste and refuse, brought onto the premises. Any items (doors, furnishings, equipment, etc) that have been moved or adjusted must be returned to their original position.
• NO SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS ARE ALLOWED TO BE WORN INSIDE THE HOSPITAL (This is dangerous and not allowed). 
• Food & Beverage: Absolutely no food or beverage is allowed inside the hospital.
• Alcohol: Absolutely no alcohol is allowed on site. 
• Inaccessible Areas: For your safety, certain areas are blocked off by grates. Do not cross these barricades under any circumstances.
• Emergencies: In case of an emergency, including trespassers, please call 911 immediately and then notify the Yorktown Memorial Hospital caretakers at 210-844-5993 (Yorktown Memorial Hospital Caretakers will notify owners).
• Monitoring & Compliance: We reserve the right to access the property during your investigation to ensure the well-being of all participants and confirm adherence to regulations.

• Tips are encouraged and appreciated.
• Remote Property: This is a remote property with no electricity or plumbing. A 24-hour gas station with restrooms is conveniently located a 5-minute walk away.
• Basement Access: The hospital is sometimes damp or wet. Access to the basement is not promised as it may be restricted depending on weather. 

• Portable chargers
• Flashlights
• Cameras, phones, and audio recording devices
• Your own paranormal research equipment
• Water and snacks (please consume these outside the hospital only)
• Bug repellent (needed year-round). Bug repellents that repel against fleas, ticks, and mosquitos are suggested. 
• Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, or boots. 

• Exclusive access to Yorktown Memorial Hospital.
• Free on-site parking.
• Permission to document your experience using photos, audio, and video.

Failure to comply with these regulations or any damage to the property will result in charges to the card on file. For overnight bookings, non-compliance will also lead to the forfeiture of your $200 security deposit, and additional charges may be assessed.
